Our time in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire

Join us as we meander around East Anglia, an area that neither of us have seen much of (although Calv has seen more of it than me, albeit much of that in his truck).

The furthest east I had previously been was Ipswich (with a daytrip to Sutton Hoo, with my younger sister Kate, some years ago).  Today I have been to Thorpeness and Aldeburgh, both very individual.  I can’t wait to return to see Thorpeness properly, or to write about both 🙂

We also visited, amongst other places:-

Burnham on Crouch ; Southwold; Dunwich; Lavenham; Bury St Edmonds; Cambridge; Orford and FramlinghamWells next the Sea; Holkham; Old Hunstanton; Castle Rising and Sandringham
