Questions:-  (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr 769 tag axle – 8.56m)

What are the pitches like?

Excellent – hardstandings.  All a decent size (smallest being 90m2).  Couldn’t see any that we wouldn’t have been happy in (all are allocated on arrival)

This is a huge site (over 1000 pitches), which would not normally appeal to us, but it was very well done and we felt extremely comfortable.

Is there water on each pitch?

Yes – every pitch is fully serviced (including a TV point)

What is the electric like?

16A – absolutely no problems

Drainage?

Yes – on each pitch so excellent if you have a pipe.

What’s the site access like?

Excellent

What are the Sanitary facilities like?

There are numerous toilet blocks throughout the site (located along every 3rd or 4th rows). Each block is pretty much identical and includes washing up facilities, laundry and CWD points

Toilets:                           Very, very good with toilet paper provided

Showers:                       Excellent and plentiful

What other facilities are there?

Bins , CWD and dshwashing area (including laundry sinks) in EVERY sanitary block

Laundry (3.50 Euros wash, 3 Euros dry) – 1 block in each ‘area’.  2 washing machines and 2 driers in each

Bar, restaurant, spa, tennis, table-tennis, bike hire….

Reception

Swimming pools (including a waterpark – sadly not open when we visited).  The pool that was open was ice cold (although I did still manage to get in 🙂 )

Spa with indoor pool (extra charge)

Entertainment in the square

Mini-golf

Supermarket (selling Pukka pies!)

All open out of season 🙂

Lots of tasteful bungalows for hire

Is there any internet; if so how much and how good?

Yes; don’t know how much. I had no problem with ours

Very friendly 🙂

How much is it?

We paid 22.00 Euro per night which was an absolute bargain for what we got!  More than we like to pay but well worth it 🙂

What’s the area like?

Too far away really to visit Alicante (unless you have a car with you).  We used our bikes and explored San Felipe Neri and also the Natural park on our doorstep 🙂

Plenty of people were cycling to Creveillente itself where I believe there is a train station opening up many more possibilities 🙂

Suitable for 5th Wheelers?  Absolutely

More detail:

Such friendly staff in the main.  The lifeguard in the pool was able to tell me how many people had managed to get into the pool and swim!

We liked:-

The cycling (good cycle paths throughout) and the Natural Park

The site itself was just amazing 🙂

The pool, although ice cold when we visited, is absolutely amazing

All the facilities

We didn’t like so much:-

We genuinely can’t think of anything that we didn’t like

We hated:-

Nothing

Moving On:

We headed on to Bonterra Park, Bennicassim
