We stayed in April 2024
This was our 7th overnight stop on the N2, which we completed from South to North.
Dedicated area close to a number of supermarkets (Lidl and Intermarche)
Plenty of space
What’s the site access like? Easy, not far off the main road (stay on until you’re nearly at the supermarkets rather than going through town – as your SatNav is likely to guide you…)

We arrived quite late and didn’t therefore have a look at the town. It really was just an overnighter for us.
We were on our own.
There were a couple of lorries parked up on the road opposite – we would barely have noticed them but for the drivers both showing off to their friends at 10.30pm, loudly racing around (these were artics with 40ft trailers on) and blaring their horns. All quiet again by 11.30pm though.
Would we return?
Yes – except if we ever do the N2 again we will definitely make a point of visiting Viseu which we missed this time
