Good for: Final stop before the ferry in the morning. Visiting the beach at Bray Dunes
Address: Bray-Dunes, Nord, Hauts-de-France, France, 59123
Questions:- (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr E769 tag axle – 8.56m)
Relevant Post:- Heading North and Home via Luxembourg and Ypres
Detail: Camping Car-Park within walking distance of the seafront and town
Fairly quiet situated slightly back from the seafront (maybe a 5-10 minute walk)
Level pitches, but you do need to get here early – lots of people turning up and having to go elsewhere (we got the last pitch when we turned up shortly after midday)
Not far from a Carrefour and lots of eateries etc. The town is a little tired as you come back from the seafront.
What’s the site access like? Very easy.
How much is it? We paid 16E. Although there was an issue with the pay machine I managed to get it sorted after a couple of phone calls.
What’s the area like?:
Quite busy with holidaymakers (there’s a campsite close-by).
Moving on: Next stop was the ferry and home 🙂
Would we return?? We would probably head a bit closer to the port next time
