Questions:-  (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Swift Kontiki 669 tag axle – 8.56m)

What are the pitches like?

Good sized pitches.  Grass.  Well maintained.  Fairly level

Is there water on each pitch?

No  – but tap iseasily accessible. There are rubbish bins and CWD.

What is the electric like?

16A– good

Drainage?

No separate area

What’s the site access like?

Good.  The approach is along a number of lanes, but access from Walsingham Road itself is good.

What are the Sanitary facilities like?

Toilets:                              As well as the shower room/toilet available for the CL site there are a number of other portakabins available.  We used only the shower room and an individual portakabin near to the shower room.  Both should have been cleaner, but weren’t at the point where you wouldn’t use them.  But I was loathe to try the facilities for tenters….

Toilet paper provided? Yes                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Showers:                          1 in the shower room + a separate 1 in an individual portakabin (and a shower ‘block’ for tenters) (as above, should be cleaner).

What other facilities are there?

Bins, CWD.

Village walks & cycles.

Information centre – lots of leaflets

Pub nearby – unfortunately closed for refurbishment when we visited

Excellent signal on 4G and my mobile internet.  No other internet available

Welcoming and friendly, and then they’ll leave you alone 🙂

How much is it?

£16 per night including electric

What’s the area like?

Lovely.  Lots of walks and cycle paths.

Very close to Holkham Hall, Wells next the Sea and some beautiful beaches
