Questions:- (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr E769 tag axle – 8.56m)

Detail: Dedicated area by the marina, and opposite a couple of bars

What’s the site access like? Good.  There is a barrier with ANPR.  Some people were having trouble getting the barrier to raise but there is a number to call if you are having difficulty.  Also, be patient – sometimes it takes a little while.

How much is it? 9.55 Eu without electric + 3 Eu for electric (although there are only about 5 outlets).  You can also use to empty and fill – I think this was about 3 Eu.

What’s the area like.

Plenty of walking along the promenade – you can go either way but towards Torre del Mar is better.  We also cycled and ran 🙂

The bar opposite was our first stop (within 5 minutes of arriving!) and we also used El Bodegan de Caleta – about a 5 min walk to the right as you come out of the area.  Highly recommended 🙂

When we stayed: Feb 3rd 2022 for 2 nights – we would have stayed another night but our travelling companions had an issue with their electric and couldn’t get onto an electric spot before a Spanish camper that shot over there within seconds of a camper leaving…

Moving on: Next stop was 1 night at a Camper Stop in Cabo de Gato on our way to Vera

Would we return??Yes, absolutely
