Questions:- (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr E769 tag axle – 8.56m)
What are the pitches like?
Acceptable, but they are right at the front of the site
Is there water on each pitch?
No – but easy to access
What is the electric like?
Very good – no issues at all
Drainage?
Yes, on the dedicated motorhome service point
What’s the site access like?
Good – be aware that if you’re using Google there is a turn-off of the main road that looks appropriate but has a very low tunnel. Continue up the road and turn left for a usable tunnel under the road.
What are the Sanitary facilities like?
Toilets: Excellent, very clean
Toilet paper provided? Yes
Showers: Good
What other facilities are there?
Bins etc.
Laundry
Dish washing and laundry sinks
Children’s play area
Bar. Separate restaurant
Shop (very well stocked)
Lovely swimming pool
Is there any internet; if so how much and how good?
I don’t remember having any problems with our signal
How welcoming are they at reception and staff in general?
The welcome was very good. Very efficient.
You are taken to your pitch. Walking down a train went past (very loud as literally just across the narrow road) and I asked how many a day – the answer being ‘about 10’. Okay. Actually 10 an hour, all day AND night…
How much is it?
We paid 19E per night + tourist tax on ACSI
What’s the area like?
There is a good cycle path passing the site which will take you to the local town. We didn’t use it as we left early after 1 very bad, train disturbed sleep…
Access to the beach
More detail:
The Good:-
The pool
The welcome
The facilities
What could be improved:
The site can’t do anything about the train noise sadly
We really didn’t like:
The thunderous trains going past constantly, rocking the van and making conversation impossible 😦
Moving On:
We quickly packed up and left after just 1 night sadly, which is a shame as the site was lovely. Looking at the map I could see that the train line ran close to all campsites up to about Rimini… As San Marino was on our radar we decided to just go straight there.

Would we return?
No- simply due to the trains
Sadly I neglected to take any photos 😦
