Questions:-  (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr 769 tag axle – 8.56m)

What are the pitches like?

Perfect – bigger than expected as website says can’t take units over 8m – however all pitches can accommodate us at 8.56m..

Mostly gravel pitches; several fully serviced pitches and an grass area for tents

Is there water on each pitch?

No, but easily accessible everywhere

What is the electric like?

Good

Drainage?

Yes – 3 motorhome service areas around the site

What’s the site access like?

Entrance is off a fairly narrow, long, windy road, but not a problem at all.

What are the Sanitary facilities like?

4 toilet cubicles, 4 showers and 4 wash cubicles

Toilets:                              Excellent!  The toilets are spotless 🙂

Toilet paper provided? Yes  – plentiful                                                                                                Showers:                          4 showers in each of the ladies and gents

What other facilities are there?

Bins and CWD

Dishwashing area

Information area

Laundry (£4 washing machine; £1 drier)

Mini-shop in reception for staples

Warden and assistant wardens

Is there any internet; if so how much and how good?

Not that I’m aware of – ours works perfectly

Very good in reception

How much is it?

We paid £21.20 per night including electric – excellent price for such a site.  However, it is November – of course it’s far more expensive in season!

What’s the area like?

It’s Brighton!  The marina is within walking distance and pretty much everything is within cycling distance

More detail:

We didn’t like so much:-

Moving On:
