Questions:- (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr 769 tag axle – 8.56m)
What are the pitches like?               Â
Good – mostly tarmac. Good size arranged in ‘streets’. There are alot of them!!
Is there water on each pitch?           Â
No but available very close to all pitches
What is the electric like?          Â
Possibly 6A; it tripped very easily, but was better when we changed to a different socket. The electric points were not good – wiring all over the place. Plug in one and you have reverse polarity one way; plug in the one below it and reverse polarity is around the other way
Drainage?  Â
Yes – drive over at the entrance to the site
What’s the site access like?       Â
Excellent access from the road, and well laid out on-site.
What are the Sanitary facilities like?   Â
3 large blocks with Separate ladies and gents. Extremely clean.
Toilet paper provided, but NO soap or TOILET SEATS!!
Toilets:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Numerous cubicles
Showers:             Numerous cubicles. Decent size & very good. A couple of bigger cubicles available
What other facilities are there?  Â
Bins and CWD
Dishwashing area (and laundry sinks)
Laundry (5 Euros wash, 4 Euros dry)
Reception
Large swimming pool, bar and snack-bar (closed out of season – from 31st October I think)
Supermarket, gym, children’s play area
Tennis
Bungalows and lodges for hire
Is there any internet; if so how much and how good?  Â
Yes; charged, but I’m having no problem with ours.
We arrived on a Sunday out of season (after a challenging day..) so reception was closed, but there was a gent at the gate who took one of our passports and let us in. We paid the following day and reception were very good 🙂
How much is it?    Â
We paid 17.00 Euro per night including electric, + 1.00 Euro per night local tax
What’s the area like?           Â
Looked to be a very interesting old town very close by. Also close to Figueres, Girona and Pubol where Salvador Dali had a castle

More detail:
We liked:-
The price and the people
The whole site – very well maintained and cared for (even the ‘permanent’ holiday caravans were well tended – clearly strict rules here)
Cleanliness of the facilities
We didn’t like so much:-
The electric offering – a bit of a hazard in the box!
We hated:-
Nothing
Moving On:
We headed on to our originally chose site in l’Estarit (it has an indoor pool); we couldn’t get to it on Sunday due to flooding..
