Detail:

We stayed in April 2024

Lovely little spot. Awful weather 😦 Difficult to get level in the rain, but managed it).  We cycled down to Castenheira during a break in the rain. Otherwise trapped in the van. Laundry facility is the owners (who are lovely) doing your washing for you.. Toilet block is basic but clean and has everything you need. Loved the well in the grounds! Lovely views and walks and cycle rides possible from the site. In summer the Praia do Rocos must be lovely 🙂 Would visit again.

What’s the site access like? Easy enough – then a very steep driveway to get onto the site (so steep I refused to cycle down it – but I am a bit of a wuss!!  I did cycle back up though 🙂

How much is it? We paid 22E per night in April 2024

Services?:   All services available

What’s the area like?:

Quiet in the immediate area, but we could see lots of opportunity for cycling and the nearby town was nice enough.

Would we return?

Probably not – simply because it’s too far off the beaten track for us
