Visited:                        June 2023 (we stayed 5 nights)

Questions:-  (This review is from the point of view of motorhomers driving a Bessacarr E769 tag axle – 8.56m)

What are the pitches like?

Good, but when we visited it was the Republic Day weekend and so vans and tents were being squeezed onto pitches together.  Luckily as we are a larger unit we didn’t suffer as a result 🙂

Is there water on each pitch?

No – we filled up at the motorhome service point before pitching up and then used a watering can to top up

What is the electric like?

Very good – no issues at all

Drainage?

Yes, on the dedicated motorhome service point

What’s the site access like?

Good – directly off the main road.  No issues

What are the Sanitary facilities like?

Toilets:             Excellent, very clean

Toilet paper provided? Yes                                                                                      Showers:                      Good

What other facilities are there?

Bins etc.

Laundry

Dish washing and laundry sinks

Children’s play area

Bar.  Separate restaurant

Shop (well stocked)

Swimming pool, including jacuzzi pools

Pool bar and cafe/takeaway

Is there any internet; if so how much and how good?

I don’t remember having any problems with our signal

How welcoming are they at reception and staff in general?

The welcome was very good.  As it was Republic weekend ACSI wasn’t meant to be available for the full time of our stay, but when I pointed out that the ACSI book showed the rate as available (obviously a typo) they honoured the rate.

All staff are multi-lingual with excellent English spoken

How much is it?

We paid 21E per night + tourist tax on ACSI

What’s the area like?

Lovely area.  Located on a spit down to an island which you can use to access the other spit where the town of Obetello is situated.  Turn left when you get onto the island – then cross opposite the petrol station to pick up the cycle path.

Lovely beach across the road from the site 🙂

More detail:

The Good:-

What could be improved:

 We really didn’t like:

Nothing 🙂

Moving On:

We headed to Rome from here

Would we return?

Yes – it was perfect for a ‘holiday’ within our trip 🙂

Sadly I was too busy to remember to take any photos 😦
